Online Order
- Ordering with LensGuru is made simple. Visit our website and click on the Shop button or the item that you like.
- Once you have selected the item, add it to cart.
- Check on the item description and prescription are correct and Checkout.
- Proceed to make the payment.
- Soon you will receive the order.
Payment Method
We accept payment from Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and PayNow.
Will there be a shipping confirmation?
A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if applicable) will be sent for all orders as soon as they are shipped.
How long does it take to receive the order?
- For in stock orders, we deliver in 3 to 10 days.
- For Toric, Multi-focal and Positive Power contact lenses, delivery could take up to 4 weeks depending on availability.
- In situations where the contact lenses are out of stock, we may take a slightly longer time to deliver.
Is there delivery for international orders?
- Yes, we offer international delivery worldwide! DHL Express is our courier partner for all international deliveries.
- All international shipping charges will be automatically calculated upon checkout.
What is an Autoship Plan?
- Autoship plan allows you to place an order once and subscribe for a automated regular order of the same items.
- At Checkout, check on the Autoship option and set how often you would like to repeat the order.
Benefits of Autoship Plan
- Subscribe to Autoship plan and receive a further discount of 10% on your first and all future Autoship’s order on top of the already discounted price.
- Receive free delivery on all Autoship’s orders.
Amendment or cancellation of the Autoship Plan
- You can amend or cancel the Autoship plan by logging in to your account.
- To avoid mis-order, do make the changes before the next order date.
