- We accept returns of items within 30 days of order.
- All additional shipping charges incurred for returns will be borne by the customer.
- Items returned must be in original condition, unused and in the same condition when you received it.
- LensGuru reserves the final right to decline return or exchanges that do not meet our Return Policy.
- All return items should be sent to: Wisma Ching Ching, 22C Jalan Meldrum, 80000 Johor Bahru.
- Shipping costs (if applicable in your order) are non-refundable.
- The refunds will be debited to the credit/debit card or original method of payment. Allow some time for the debit amount to appear in your statement.
